Check into the hotel.
After lunch visit paro fortresses and museum and evening explore paro town.
- Paro to Thimphu.
Drive from paro to Thimphu. Approximately about 54 km. (1hrs 30 minute). Check into hotel and lunch at local restaurants and after lunch sightseeing and evening 5 km ride around the Thimphu city to check your bike saddle height, gear and brake.
Thimphu to Punukha.
Start riding from Thimphu to Punukha. Approximately about 68 km. Morning 5 km flat area to warm up and 17 km gentle climb to Dochula pass.( 3150 m). 39 km downhill to the lobesa junction from there need to take left turn and further 4 km down hill and 2 km flat to the hotel.
Assend. 950m
Descend.2000m
Punakha to kychu Resort.
Morning visiting Punukha fortresses and hiking chimi lhakhang ( Temple to the fertility). After lunch ride to the kychu Resort. About 31 km.
- Kychu Resort to Trongsa.
Total distance 110 km
We will start riding early in the morning. First 4 km flat and 27 km gentle climb to the Nobding small town to have lunch and after lunch 13 km steep climb towards palela pass.(3450m). From palela pass mostly down hill and last 6 km gentle climb to hotel.
Trongsa To Bumthang.
Total distance. 68 km
First 2 km flat till the Trongsa town and 28 km gentle climb to the yotongla pass(3400m) and down hill 25 km till the ura junction and last 4 km gentle climb to kikela pass (2900m) and last 9 km downhill to the chamkhar Town.
Relax day. Sightseeing around the Jakar valley and evening explore the town.
Jakar to Tang valley.
Total distance.36 km.
The first 10 km is more likely to be downhill and up. From the junction 23 km, gentle climb and downhill. Last 4 km gentle climb unpaved road to ogyencholing Guest house. Lunch at Guest house and evening visit ogyencholing museum.
- Tang valley to ura valley.
Total distance.64 km
First 26 km to the ura junction up and down and 28 km gentle climb to serthagla pass 3500m and 9 km downhill and 1.5 km unpaved road to the farm House.
Ura valley to phobjikha valley.
Total distance 161 km.
Drive till palela pass.
From the pass we will start a ride which is about 15 km. First 3 km downhill and 1.5 km to Lawala pass( 3100m ) and 10 km all downhill to the phobjikha valley.
Relax day. Visiting phobjikha monestey and hike around the phobjikha valley. After lunch visiting black backed crane information center.
- Phobjikha valley to wangdi lobesa.
Total distance 73 km
First 10 km uphill till Lawala pass and downhill 44 km till teeka zampa and 12 km flat till wangdi town and final 7 km gentle climb and downhill.
Lobesa to Thimphu.
Total distance of 62 km.
30 km gentle climb till lampari and final 9 km bit steep till Dochula pass. 17 km downhill till simtokha junction and last 5 km flat to Thimphu Town. Drive back to paro.

Hike to Taktsang Monastery (3 hours uphill climb, 2 hours downhill)
